·         Red Medley--A dry red grape wine with a blend of our Marquette, Frontenac and St. Croix Grapes. Lightly Oaked.

·         Marquette-- A Medium-bodied, dry red grape wine and Grandson to Pino Noir with cherry aromas and blackcurrant and plum flavors. Lightly Oaked.

·         Sabravois-- A Medium-dry, deep red wine with a fruity bouquet and hints of black currant, black cherry, and plum flavors have been noted.

·         Frontenac—A dry, full-bodied red grape wine with bold cherry flavor and hints of black currant. Lightly Oaked.

·         White Medley--A dry, white grape wine with a blend of our Kay Gray, Brianna and Edelweiss grapes.

·         St. Croix Rose'--A semi-sweet, rose' wine with aromas and flavors of raspberry and black cherry. This is a red wine lovers' wine of Summer.

·         Kay Gray—A semi-sweet, medium-bodied, semi-sweet, white grape wine with smooth mouth feel and floral aromas.

·         La Crosse--A semi-sweet, medium-bodied, white wine with notes of citrus and tropical fruit flavors and aromas.                           

·         Pear--A semi-sweet wine made from locally grown pears.

·         Honey Crisp Apple--A semi-sweet wine made from locally grown Honey Crisp Apples.

·         Strawberry Rhubarb--A semi-sweet blend of rhubarb and strawberry wine.

·         Aronia--A sweet wine made from Aronia (Choke Berries)--a berry known for its high antioxidants and polyphenols.
